They might be feasting on bad teams in Denver and the New York Giants, but the Raiders have now won two in a row (four of their last six) heading into what is as close to an in-season playoff game as there is in Kansas City on Sunday.
The Las Vegas Raiders Report Podcast is new for a Monday as the team talks about the Raiders second straight win after downing the New York Giants 24-17 in Sunday in Oakland. The win sets up a big showdown with the slumping Kansas City Chiefs in Kansas City on Sunday.
The Raiders downed the Chiefs 31-30 in the team’s first meeting in mid-October. As hosts Scott Gulbransen and Scott Winter discuss, it will take a similar offensive effort by Derek Carr and the Raiders to beat the Chiefs in their own house.
Last, we discuss the news we broke last Friday on the costs of the Raiders Personal Seal Licenses (PSLs) and season tickets in the new Las Vegas Stadium. Winter was able to obtain the current pricing structure, stadium configuration, and other information. He discusses the story and breaks down the costs no matter where you want to sit come 2020.
The Las Vegas Raiders Report Podcast is a companion to the only website – www.lvraidersreport.com – covering the Raiders, the move to Las Vegas, and the construction of the Raiders new stadium in Southern Nevada. BONUS: For a great read on the history of the Oakland vs. Kansas City, read Scott Winter’s history of the rivalry story. It will get you fired up for Sunday’s game without a doubt.
The post includes some great video footage on several key moments in the Chiefs vs. Raiders rivalry dating back to the teams’ start in the old American Football League.
